All videos, photos, copy, logos, and design on this site are owned by Gambit Motion Inc. or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Case study content, including client names and project details, is shared with the relevant client's permission.

Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use our work, our name, or our brand assets for your own purposes. If you'd like to feature or reference our work, reach out first.

5. Client Projects and Service Agreements

This website describes our services and typical pricing, but it is not an offer or a contract. A real engagement, including scope, price, payment schedule, timeline, revisions, and usage rights, is only confirmed once both parties sign a Client Service Agreement. If anything on this site is out of date or doesn't match what's in your signed agreement, the agreement wins.

This site links to and embeds content from third-party services, including YouTube, Calendly, and Kit (formerly ConvertKit).
