We don't currently run analytics or advertising tracking on this website. If that changes, we'll update this policy.

We use the information you give us to:

• Respond to your message or inquiry
• Send the free guide or newsletter content you signed up for
• Follow up about a potential project, if you've booked a discovery call

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties except the service providers below, who help us run this site and communicate with you.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

This site relies on a few outside services to work:

• Netlify Forms processes submissions from our contact form
• Kit (formerly ConvertKit) manages our email newsletter and free guide delivery
• Calendly handles discovery call booking
• YouTube hosts and embeds the videos on this site

Each of these has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data. Embedded YouTube videos may set cookies from Google; we don't control this.

5. Cookies

We don't use our own tracking or advertising cookies. Third-party embeds on this site, particularly YouTube, may set their own cookies when you interact with them. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings.

6. Data Retention

We keep contact form submissions and inquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and, if a project moves forward, for the life of that business relationship plus a reasonable period afterward for our own records. Newsletter subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe.

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, email contact@gambitmotion.ca and we'll respond within a reasonable time. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any email we send.

8. Children's Privacy

This website isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy as our tools or practices change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
